Stay in this state for at least 20 seconds and then become normal.

To do this, lie flat on the ground and then hold the claws with hands above the waist.
Stay in this position for 15 to 20 seconds.
This is quite easy yoga, but it increases the physical strength along with flat stomach.
To do this Yogasan, place the palms on the ground just below the shoulders.
Now keep the weight of the entire body on the palms and toes while keeping the waist, hips and neck in a straight line.
